Venturian Media are pioneers of the virtual company structure with global representatives based in five countries, many of whom operate outside the confines of any fixed offices. Although, we have a traditional bricks and mortar presence at our head offices in the UK we have enjoyed considerable growth through offering our staff the freedom and collective responsibility of being 'barefoot executives'.

We believe in the philosophy that the demands of the modern workplace and associated stresses of being part of the "rat race" can be an unproductive environment for staff to work in, often leading to inefficiencies and mediocre performance. As pioneers of a futuristic ideal of how a company can effectively operate we share a collective commitment to freedom, creativity and responsibility which we apply to both our personal and professional lives. The fantastic results we have demonstrated to date are testament to the fact that outstanding performance can be achieved outside of the potentially restrictive set up of the traditional corporate workplace.
